Three tenants have signed leases totaling more than 11,500 square feet of space in a Northeast Columbia office building, according to NAI Avant.
Specialized Alternatives for Families, also known as SAFY, is one of two new tenants to move into the building at 115 Atrium Way, the commercial real estate firm reported. SAFY will occupy about 4,100 square feet of space.
The second new tenant is Palmetto Design and Engineering, which will occupy about 1,400 square feet of space.
An existing tenant, Lake Psychological Services, has renewed and expanded to more than 6,100 square feet in the building, according to a press release.
NAI Avant senior broker Macon Lovelace represented the landlord, ECP North, in the above transactions.
The release said more than 14,000 square feet of space is available for leasing in the building. The two-story office building has suites ranging from about 1,000 square feet of space up to 3,000 square feet of continuous space.
