Two commercial real estate deals involve SE Columbia properties

A logistics company and an automotive oil distributorship have inked deals for industrial space in southeast Columbia.

ADL Logistics, based in Thonotosassa, Fla., has leased 15,000 square feet of space at 1505 Key Road near Williams-Brice Stadium, NAI Avant announced today.

Founded in 1999, ADL Delivery is a family-owned and operated logistics company, according to a press release. The firm specializes in business to business parcel delivery and fleet replacement for the automotive distributor industry.

Senior brokers Dick Stanland and Nick Stomski represented the landlord, DWB Key Road Warehouses II LLC, in the transaction.

Stomski also represented Columbia-based Southern Lubricants in the purchase of an approximately 66,500-square-foot industrial building at 1703 Atlas Road.

The sales price for the property was not disclosed. The building, which was building in 1958, was originally listed for $695,000.

Southern Lubricants, founded in 1977, is independently owned by Gene R. Rucker and Family of St. Matthews. The company’s serves trucking, automotive, industrial, retail and wholesale customers.
