2 car dealerships planned in Northeast Columbia

Two car dealerships are planned at the intersection of Clemson and Farrow roads on 7.3 acres of land that sold for $2.05 million.

NAI Columbia’s Ben Kelly, Patrick Chambers and Jack Springs facilitated the sale to Stivers Realty from RDS Associates. Construction will begin soon for Stivers Hyundai of Columbia and Stivers Genesis of Columbia, according to a news release.

“We are proud to have been able to assist both the seller and buyer in executing the sale of this property,” Kelly, NAI Columbia principal, said in the release. “The purchaser and seller have both been long-time clients of NAI Columbia, and it was rewarding to facilitate this transaction.”

The site features access to Interstate 77 in a developing commercial corridor.

NAI Columbia’s Tom Milliken, Tombo Milliken and Nelson Weston III teamed with NAI Earle Furman’s Rusty Hamrick in a $1.31 million sale of 379 acres of land in Florence.

The agents represented the seller of the Claussen Road property, which includes 115 of agricultural land along with pine and hardwood trees, to Mark R. Drummond. The property features two miles of road frontage on the north and south sides of Claussen Road and does not have a conservation easement in place.

• Colliers South Carolina’s Allen Wilkerson represented Angus Properties LLC in the purchase of 1517 Gervais St., 1509 Gervais St. and 1212 Bull St. The Columbia property includes two buildings and a parking lot.
• Colliers’ Chuck Salley Dave Mathews, Thomas Beard and John Peebles represented Weston Inc. in the lease renewal of two Columbia industrial properties to China Jushi. The fiberglass manufacturer and distributor renewed 74,646 and 54,073 square feet of space at 3130 Bluff Road. The Colliers team also represented Weston Inc. in the renewal of 19,600 square feet of industrial space at 1020 Idlewilde Blvd. in Columbia to American Products Inc.
• Colliers’ Tommy Johnson represented Glen 1441 LLC in the lease of 2,448 square feet of office space at 1441 Main St. in Columbia to Millender Elder Law LLC.
