Three area businesswomen will discuss keys to their success during a Wednesday online event hosted by the Midlands Technical College Entrepreneurship Club.

Lou Kennedy, Vanessa Mota and Carolyn Sawyer will take part in the 12:30 p.m. “Wonder Woman Wednesday” discussion, part of MTC’s School of Business Week celebration.

Kennedy is owner and CEO of West Columbia-headquartered Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corp., a developer and producer of generic inhalation solutions and suspension products. She was recently elected to the board of the National Assocation of Manufacturers.

Mota is CEO of multicultural business center Mota Enterprises LLC and USA president of the International Chamber of Entrepreneurs. She recently launched Mota Crosslinking Business Academy, which connects Spanish- and English-speaking entrepreneurs and promotes cultural awareness.
