Richland Library’s Career Online High School graduates 14

S.C. Technical College System, Webster University sign agreement
Students can now transfer with associate degrees from South Carolina's 16 technical colleges to one of Webster's four statewide campuses with junior standing. Technical college graduates can also receive reduced tuition.
