Charleston/Columbia/Greenville/Spartanburg, SC – Effective October 1, 2023, Debbie Lane will retire from her role as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Management Services (REMS) at Colliers | South Carolina. Debbie has led the REMS Division of Colliers in South Carolina since 2015.

Under her direction, the company’s property management portfolio has expanded from 11.8 million square feet to over 20 million square feet across the state of South Carolina. Properties are currently served by a staff of 51 property management and maintenance professionals.

“The statistics speak for themselves as we celebrate the tremendous job that Debbie has done in leading her team,” said Mickey Layden, Executive Vice President of Colliers and President/CEO of LCK. “Debbie leaves behind a legacy of success in the way that she has structured the delivery of first-class property management services to Colliers’ many clients in South Carolina. She will most certainly be missed but we wish her the best at this exciting time of her life.”

Debbie will remain with Colliers in a part-time role as Director of Client Engagement focusing on client relationships and business development.

Colliers is also pleased to announce that Kim Butler will be promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of the Real Estate Management Services division directing all of the company’s property management business. Kim has been with Colliers since 2006 and has most recently served as Vice President of REMS. She has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and client service. Kim’s promotion ensures a smooth transition of REMS leadership, reinforcing Colliers’ dedication to providing the highest quality of services to our clients.
