Austin Shook will be making a cameo appearance in the CHS area at the end of April! We have managed to snag him for an impromptu SOUND IMMERSION at our studio on Tuesday, April 27th at 7:00 pm. He will once again mesmerize us with his eclectic and vast array of instruments and sounds as we relax and chill on our mats, bathed in his harmonious sounds. Dont miss this event!! Come ready to experience an auditory smorgasbord of mellifluous sounds to please your ears and calm your mind.

This wonderful Sound Immersion will be lead by Austin Shook — a sound healer from Charlotte NC. He has been a practicing vibrational alchemist for 4 years traveling around the country and performing at yoga studios and festivals all over! In the experience that he cultivate, he generally starts off with a simple guided meditation or breathwork to drop everyone into themselves. After this, everyone gets comfortable and enjoys ambient sounds for the remainder of the event. He utilizes 10 crystal singing bowls, a gong, flutes, didgeridoo, hand pan, harmonium, vocals, and more to hold these spaces for everyone to take a deep dive into themselves for 75 minutes.
