Free online toolkit provides disaster resources

Listen to this articleThe National Consumer Law Center has created a free online disaster relief toolkit in the wake of Hurricane Florence.
The toolkit includes information on topics such as mortgage relief, short-term and long-term federal student loan relief, avoiding home repair fraud, keeping households connected with utilities and helping older consumers after a natural disaster.
The center will continue to add resources to the toolkit.
