Crawford Prezioso of Colliers South Carolina represented Sweetbriar Property Holdings LLC in the investment sale of a seven-unit apartment complex at 2451 and 2455 Gervais St. in Columbia to Giuseppe Bovino.
The fully leased apartment complex presented was sold as an opportunity for investors seeking prime multifamily assets in Columbia, according to a news release.

(Photo/Provided)“Columbia’s multifamily market remains steady and there are few multifamily deals of this size available in the market,” Prezioso said in the release. “We secured an aggressive purchase price and sold the property quickly. The property is fully renovated and located just a few blocks from the vibrant Five Points area, which adds to its appeal.”

The sales price was not disclosed.
Prezioso is a Senior Brokerage Associate who represents owners, landlords, users and tenants in the leasing and sale of commercial properties throughout Columbia and central South Carolina.

Jing “Julia” Donovan and Trey Davis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the tenant SureRock USA Corp. in the lease of 20,400 square feet of warehouse space at 4068 Fernandina Road B in Columbia. William Durham of William Durham Co. represented the landlord Gemini Associates LLC.


Paul Hartley of Trinity Partners represented the tenant in the leasing of a 10,832-square-foot office space at 1201 Main St. in Columbia.


Jake Nidiffer and Nick Stomski of Trinity Partners represented the tenant in the lease of a 6,000-square-foot flex space at 4 Sunbelt Court in Columbia.


Roger Winn and Braden Shockley of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the lease of 6,000 square feet of flex space at 826 Chris Drive in Columbia.


Braden Shockley and Roger Winn represented the buyer in the purchase of a 0.94-acre parcel for $715,000. The buyer plans to develop a car wash at the site.
