HOT PROPERTIES: Trinity handles $1M sale of Lexington office building

Trinity Partners Columbia recently facilitated the sale of a 4,765-square-foot office building at 125 Park Place Court in Lexington.

Roger Winn and Braden Shockley represented the seller, Sterling Property Systems LLC, in the transaction. The property was purchased by Foundation Property Group for $1.1 million.

 The new tenant, a medical user, was attracted to the property because it is located near Lexington, Interstate 20, Lexington Medical Center, and other surrounding medical facilities. The building is currently under construction to fit the tenant’s use. They will occupy the space once construction is complete.

Allen Wilkerson and Henry Roe of Colliers represented Southern Realty Development Corp. in the lease of 2,658 square feet of office space at 700 Gervais St. to Columbia Office Real Estate LLC.

Allen Wilkerson of Colliers represented BV DRP Synergy LLC in the lease of 2,535 square feet of office space at Synergy Office Park, 250 Berryhill Road in Columbia, to Sterlight Technologies.

Rob Lapin of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of a 4,465-square-foot retail building at 1218 Pulaski St. in Columbia for $940,000.

Nick Stomski and Jake Nidiffer of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of a 15,000-square-foot industrial building at 1414 Old Dairy Road in Columbia for $930,000.

Paul Hartley and Braden Shockley of Trinity Partners represented the buyer in the purchase of two acres at 1194 Dutch Fork Road in Irmo for $725,000.

Bruce Harper and Robbie Cook of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 2,292-square-foot office space at 1331 Elmwood Ave. in Columbia.
