HOT PROPERTIES: Trinity Partners secures six leases near BullStreet

Trinity Partners secured six leases, three of them to new tenants, at 1331 Elmwood Ave. (Photo/Provided)Bruce Harper, managing partner, and Robbie Cook, brokerage associate, of Trinity Partners, have completed a series of new leases at 1331 Elmwood Ave. The multi-tenant office building is located across from Columbia’s BullStreet District.

In total, six lease transactions were recently completed including three leases with new tenants and three renewals with existing tenants. Edward Jones, Columbia Psychological Services and Lawrence J. Needle P.A, attorney, were added to the property as new tenants. Renewals were secured with University of South Carolina Psychological Services, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and Daryl G. Hawkins LLC, attorney.

Trinity Partners leases or manages more than 26 million square feet of office, industrial, life science, mixed-use and retail space across the region through offices in Charlote, Raleigh, Greenville and Columbia.

Other recent commercial real estate deals in the Midlands included a transaction handled by Ryan McCue of Colliers, who represented the seller in the disposition of 4.91 acres of land at 193 Irving Road in Ridge Spring.


Ryan McCue of Colliers also represented the purchaser in the acquisition of 18 acres of land on Highway 215 in Cool Branch.

Curt Gwinn of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of 26 acres on Hickory Hill Road in Eastover for $100,000.


Roger Winn and Braden Shockley of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of a 2,000-square-foot retail building at 147 N. Pine St. in Batesburg-Leesville for $115,000.


Curt Gwinn of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of a 22,298-square-foot industrial building at 628 Durst Ave. in Greenwood for $90,000.
