LRADAC announces Tifani Moore as new Executive Director of the LRADAC Foundation

LRADAC, the designated alcohol and drug abuse authority for Lexington and Richland Counties, announces that Tifani Moore has been promoted to the position of Executive Director of the LRADAC Foundation. Moore has served as the Foundation’s Development Director since 2021 and, in her new role, she will lead the fundraising and operational needs of the LRADAC Foundation, organizing large-scale fundraising initiatives, grant writing, and working with donors, staff, and volunteers to raise funds and support for individuals and services at LRADAC.

Moore brings over a decade of experience working in nonprofits specializing in fundraising, special events and volunteer recruitment, including her work with the American Diabetes Association (ADA) where she was the Director of Development for South Carolina. Prior to working for the ADA, Moore served as Associate Executive Director for the Columbia YMCA. Moore’s educational background includes a BS in Exercise Science from Coastal Carolina University and a master’s degree from the University of Louisville.

“I have been blessed to serve as the Development Director for the LRADAC Foundation for the past two years and, in that role, I have witnessed the amazing services LRADAC provides to families in our community,” said Moore. “Moving into the role of Executive Director, I look forward to growing our programs and services to meet the needs of our community, making sure that all who need us know we have open doors and open arms to help them with what obstacles are standing in their way. I am honored that LRADAC trusts me and my work to help alleviate financial burdens for those seeking treatment.”
