Museum Roadshow to return on Saturday

Listen to this articleMuseum Roadshow is returning to the S.C. State Museum on Saturday.
Experts in fields ranging from fine art to books to military artifacts will be on hand to offer informal, verbal appraisals. Guests will also get a tour of the museum’s exhibit Grand Designs: 19th Century South Carolina Furniture with curator Joann Zeise, as well as a chance to guess mystery items stashed around the premises.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Tickets are $25 for the first item being appraised, $35 for two items, $40 for three items and $45 for four items. There is a limit of four items per person, and museum members will receive discounts.
