New build-to-rent community opens in Columbia

ARK Homes For Rent, a single-family rental home operator, has launched leasing at Harbison Grove, an affordable build-to-rent community in Columbia.

ARK Homes For Rent at Harbison Grove will offer nearly 70 homes, ranging from two to three bedrooms, according to a news release.

“We’re excited to announce the start of leasing at our newest BTR community, ARK Homes For Rent at Harbison Grove,” said John Isakson, CEO of ARK Homes For Rent, in the release. “Located in the historic capital city of Columbia, South Carolina, this new ARK Homes For Rent community combines affordability with modern luxury, bringing much-needed homes to this growing neighborhood.”

With two open floorplans to choose from, each home features large open kitchens with granite countertops, high-end white cabinets, spacious living rooms, energy-efficient stainless-steel appliances, and a laundry room with washer and dryer included, according to the release. Monthly rent starts at $1,650.

ARK Homes For Rent at Harbison Grove is located near Harrison State Forest and Lake Murray.
