Landtech Holdings has acquired 26 acres along Rimer Pond Road in northeast Richland County for a future residential development.

The property was sold by Sycamore Development, which was represented in the transaction by Patrick Palmer, director of retail services at NAI Avant.

The property at 2233 Rimer Pond has been approved for more than 80 homes, NAI Avant said.

A remaining 5.23-acre parcel is available at the corner of Rimer Pond and Longtown roads for potential commercial development.
