Central Electric Power Cooperative has acquired a 1.2-acre parcel of land off Burning Tree Drive in the St. Andrews submarket, according to NAI Avant.

The co-op paid $775,000 to America’s Home Place Inc. for the property, the commercial real estate firm said.

NAI Avant senior brokers Bobby Hathaway and Campbell Kreps represented the seller in the transaction.

Burning Tree runs parallel to Interstate 26 between the I-20 interchange and St. Andrews Road.
