Kruzner, who had served in her previous roles since 1993, joins Roger Sipe and Barbara Willm in new positions. Sipe was tapped as LMC’s new senior vice president of operations while Willm is now the vice president of development and community relations.

In her new title, Kruzner will provide leadership to the hospital’s network of care for operations, physician network, finance and information services, LMC said. Two decades ago, she established the hospital’s comprehensive Physician Network, which has since grown to more than 300 primary and specialty physicians at 60 practices across the Midlands.

Sipe, who most recently served as the LMC vice president of revenue cycle and community medical centers, will oversee operations at the hospital’s main campus and its community medical centers in both Lexington and Irmo. He will also lead the LMC information technology team.

Willm, who has been with the hospital in a variety of roles for nearly three decades, will oversee LMC Foundation efforts and work with local organizations and business to build relationships to help improve overall community health.
