The Denver-based company purchased the property for $7 million. NAI Avant senior brokers Jeff Hein and Roger Winn, Jr. brokered the sale.
It was the second transaction NAI Avant consummated at the property, as it first leased out more than 63% of the building to an international credit tenant. The building sits on 17 acres one block from Interstate-20 and a quarter-mile from Interstate-26 with easy access from Broad River Road.
Between 11,000 and nearly 30,000 square feet remain available for lease, NAI Avant said.
