The Mayfield, Ky.-based company plans to redevelop the property, which sits on nearly half an acre at the intersection of Devine Street and Kilbourne Road.
The 4,000-square foot building, constructed in 1986, is located next door to Long’s Drugs and Piggly Wiggly. The Mather Company put the property up for sale when it relocated to the Forest Acres area.
The two-story building includes a large professional lobby, 11 private offices, conference and board rooms, 27 cubicle work spaces, four restrooms and a pair of kitchen areas.
NAI Avant senior broken Nick Stomski represented the buyer in the sale.
