ServiceMac locating operations in Lancaster County

Listen to this articleMortgage subservicing company ServiceMac is locating new operations in Lancaster County in a $24 million capital investment that is projected to create approximately 1,000 jobs during the next five years.
The company plans to utilize an existing 100,000-square-foot office facility in the Bailes Ridge Corporate Park in Indian Land, according to a news release.
Hiring for the positions is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2019. Interested applicants can visit the company’s careers page.
“ServiceMac looks forward to establishing our operations in Lancaster County and being able to recruit locally from a strong talent pool,” ServiceMac CEO Bob Caruso said in the release. “We appreciate the efforts of both local and state economic development partners in helping us make the decision to locate in South Carolina possible.”
