Columbia Chamber announces 2023 Impact Award honorees

Listen to this articleThe Columbia Chamber of Commerce recently announced the recipients of the 2023 Columbia Impact Awards, with awards presented at the chamber’s breakfast briefing event Wednesday, March 8 at Segra Park
“The 2023 Columbia Impact Awards recognize the outstanding local businesses and individuals that work to make Columbia a better place to live, play and do business,” said Carl Blackstone, president and CEO of the Columbia Chamber.
Award winners were:
Cathy Novinger Trailblazer Award, given to an individual who has shown exemplary leadership, advocates for business and positively impacts the community : Ben Arnold of The Arnold Companies.
Small Business of the Year: Sun Solutions.
Diversity and Inclusion Award: Mark Anthony Brewing
Hospitality Industry Award: Experience Columbia SC
Workforce Development Award: AECOM
Golden Nail Award, given to business or property owners for exemplary contributions to the physical character of the greater Midlands region. Recipients were The Cambria Hotel, 1813 Main, 5 th & Sloan, The Palms 1101 and Westlawn at BullStreet.
