LCK, a Columbia-based project management services company, has named Scott Rush director of project management services in Greenville, providing a permanent presence in the Upstate market.
Although LCK has offered owner’s representative and project management services across the state, in recent years the company has prioritized establishing presences in each of the major metro markets in South Carolina.
Last year, the company named Brian Davis director of project management services in Charleston.
“We have been focused on positive, well-founded growth across the state, especially when that growth allows us to better and more fully meet our clients’ needs,” said Mickey Layden, president of LCK. “Scott has the expertise, unique perspective and client-centric attitude to create a strong foundation for our presence in the rapidly-growing Upstate.”
Rush’s background includes experience in commercial office, retail, industrial, residential and civic construction. Notable projects include the USC Alumni Center in Columbia and Lexington County’s 120,000-square-foot speculative industrial building, according to a news release.
