Staff Report //December 7, 2018//
The city of Columbia will hold a lunch with a planner session on Tuesday from noon to 1 p.m. at the Five Points Fountain.
The sessions, being held throughout the year, are part of Columbia Compass, the 10-year update to the city’s comprehensive plan. The 12- to 18-month process will help produce a plan that citizens and policy makers will use a blueprint for future program and infrastructure investments, according to a news release.
Tuesday’s session will take place at the fountain at the corner of Greene and Harden streets. Participants are encouraged to bring a bag lunch.
In case of inclement weather, the session will be relocated to the city’s planning division conference room at 1136 Washington St.
