Segra Park, home of the Columbia Fireflies, is now open again as a public park.

The park reopened to the public on Monday for the first time since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. It will be open from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The public can walk the BlueCross BlueShield fitness path, with each lap around the 360-degree concourse equating to one-third of a mile. The Mason Jar team store will also be open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Friday from 10 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. during November.

Segra Park will be closed from noon on Nov. 24 until Nov. 29 and from Dec. 23 until Jan. 3 for the holidays.
