North American Shanghai Yingxin Metal Parts will move into a building at 30 Commerce Park Blvd., near the interchange of I-77 and Peach Road, in Ridgeway.
China-based North America Shanghai Yingxin Metal Parts Co. has leased nearly 45,000 square feet of space in Fairfield County, according to Colliers International.
The company is the latest Chinese manufacturer to “make the decision of locating in the U.S. to enable quicker speed to market for its U.S.-based operations,” said Chuck Salley, a vice president and director of the industrial brokerage team with Colliers.
Salley, Dave Mathews, and Thomas Beard represented the landlord, Reger Holdings, of West Seneca, N.Y., in the transaction.
Reger and its affiliates own approximately 7 million square feet of industrial and commercial space.
