Columbia Chamber seeks award nominations

Listen to this articleThe Columbia Chamber of Commerce is now taking nominations for two awards to be given out at its Annual Gala on Oct. 6.
Nominations are due by 5 p.m. Aug. 26.
The Military Advocate of the Year Award recognizes a person in the Greater Columbia region who works to provide opportunities to enhance military benefits and advance the chamber’s mission of making Columbia a military-friendly community.
The Young Professional of the Year Award recognizes an emerging leader who shows leadership in the community through active involvement in civic and philanthropic organizations.
