Activity in the downtown tower building market continued as business management consulting company First Tuesday LLC leased Suite 1900 in the Tower at 1301 Gervais St.
Henry Roe and Will Choate of Colliers International represented the landlord in the transaction.
The 298,926-square-foot Class B building sold in the third quarter for $28 million to Greenville-based RealOp Investments.
Other area transactions include:
- C and D Properties bought the former BB&T branch building at 2500 Charleston Highway in West Columbia. Colliers’ Tripp Bradley represented BB&T in the sale.
- Crossing Development LLC sold an 0.31-acre outparcel at Killian’s Crossing to Killian Road Investment LLC. Colliers’ Craig Waites, Braxton Taylor, J.P. Scurry, Scottie Smith and Tripp Bradley represented the seller.
- Harvey Harrelson sold 152 acres of farmland on Manville/St. Charles Highway near Bishopville to William McElveen for $295,000. NAI Avant senior brokers Tom and Tombo Milliken represented Harrelson.
