Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson represented the landlord in the transaction totaling 49,550 square feet of office space at 121 Executive Center Drive in Seven Oaks near the intersection of Interstate 20 and I-26. The juvenile justice department has previously been located in multiple office buildings in northwest Richland County.
“The Department of Juvenile Justice believes the size and location of the offices at Synergy Executive Park will be more efficient for department oversight,” Roe said in a news release.
