Quantum Business Group buys Fernandina Road land

NAI Avant senior brokers Gerald Steele and Bobby Hathaway represented the seller, Hina T. Mehta, in the transaction.
The site is located across from the Midlands’ first Costco in an area experiencing ongoing development. The land is adjacent to the Quality Inn hotel, Green’s Warehouse and Sportsman’s Warehouse.

- Eagles Nest Properties LLC purchased 1.24 acres at 7728 Broad River Road in Irmo for $700,000. Colliers International’s Craig Waites represented the seller, Circle K Stores Inc.
- EFC Inc. purchased The Bryant House at 1715 Pickens St. for $405,000. Colliers’ Mary Winter Teaster represented the seller, RMC Properties LLC.
