Vista office building gets new tenant

Hansen Banner LLC is the newest tenant at 700 Gervais St. in the Vista.

The company will occupy 7,914 square feet of Class A office space in the building, which was renovated in 2000 and is surrounded by numerous restaurants, stores and entertainment venues.

NAI Avant senior broker Roger Winn represented the tenant. Senior brokers Macon Lovelace and Paul Hartley represented the landlord, Southern Realty Development Corp.

In other area transactions:

• Palmetto Paving Corp. purchased 67 acres of land in Lugoff for $807,240. NAI senior broker Tom Milliken represented the seller, Whibco Inc., in the sale of the land at Whiting Way and Interstate 20. NAI senior broker Tombo Milliken represented the buyer.
• Winridge Farms LLC sold 402 acres of recreational/timberland property near Winnsboro for $1.1 million. The property, located on South Cable Road, includes a 1,500-square-foot hunting lodge and has an elevation of more than 440 feet. NAI Avant senior brokers Tombo and Tom Milliken represented the seller.  
• Edgewood Plantation LLC purchased 444 acres of land near St. Matthews for $711,062. The recreational/timberland property on Old Swamp Road has frontage on the Congaree River and features a shared lake and 10 deer stands. NAI’s Tom and Tombo Milliken represented the seller, Saylor Lake LLC.
