CoCreate Lexington, a locally owned and operated coworking startup, has leased a 10,731-square-foot space at Southlake Center, a 42,000-square-foot multi-tenant office building in Lexington at 714 South Lake Drive.

CBRE brokers Marie Dieckmann and Aaron Dupree represented the landlord and asset manager, East West Capital, in the transaction, which leaves just one vacant, 2,300-square-foot space remaining at Southlake Center.

“We’re happy CoCreate has found a home in Southlake Center and we’re looking forward to the grand opening this summer,” Dieckmann said in a news release. “The property’s location, less than one mile to I-20 and two miles to downtown Lexington, offers great convenience to office users.”

Almost 30,000 vehicles pass Southlake Center daily, according to the CRBE release.

CoCreate Lexington will provide full-time and part-time memberships with access to private offices as well as dedicated and floating desk space. The company will also offer monthly educational and networking events.
