Arbors at Windsor Lake sells for $18.75M

Arbors at Windsor Lake, a 228-unit apartment complex in Columbia, has sold to an unnamed buyer for $18.75 million.

The gated apartment community, constructed in 1991, was sold by a South Carolina-based investor represented by Marcus & Millichap investment specialist Drew Babcock. The complex spans 216,240 square feet and includes a clubhouse, fitness center and pool.

In other area transactions:

Richland County-based Music Academy Success LLC purchased a 4,184-square-foot building at 1061 Lake Murray Blvd. in Irmo. NAI Avant broker Peyton Bryant represented the seller, Russell-Jeffcoat Enterprises LLC, in the $495,000 transaction. Music Academy Success will open and operate Irmo Music Academy, a part of the Columbia Arts Academy offering lessons in piano, guitar, violin, voice and more for ages four and older.    

NAI Avant senior broker Mac Fanning represented Southern Regional Industrial Realty Inc. in the sale of three acres of land at Wayne and Pendleton streets in downtown Columbia. The property sold to 1101 Wayne LLC for $3.15 million.
