A 7,400-square-foot medical office building in Irmo has sold for $1.27 million and is now 100% occupied.
The building, at 7611 St. Andrews Road, sold to a 1301 Exchange purchaser from Anderson and is occupied by Palmetto Primary Care Physicians. That lease was facilitated by NAI Avant broker Peyton Bryant, who also completed the building’s investment sale, in June.
Bryant also completed a $2.85 million investment sales of a 155,840-square-foot industrial building in Heath Springs in Lancaster County. The building, at 108 Rowland Ave., sold to Illinois-based Agracel Inc. and is 100% occupied.
In other area transactions, Colliers International’s Tommy Tapp facilitated three lease renewals:
- Waffle House renewed lease of retail space at 778 St. Andrews Road. Tapp represented Bellios Properties LLC in the transaction.
- Regions Bank renewed a lease at 1010 Gervais St. Tapp represented Gervais Street Association in the transaction.
- Tapp represented Fred Price in the lease of office space at the Price Building, located at 4015 Forest Drive, to South Carolina Matchmakers LLC.
