NAI Avant broker Peyton Bryant and senior broker Cam Kreps represented seller Lexvest LLC, a privately owned real estate investment, advisory and development company, in the transaction. REA Trust purchased the 9,592-square-foot building.
NAI Avant broker John Gregory represented buyer Marchese Holding LLC, doing business as Finishing Touch Team, in the sale of a 14,560-square-foot industrial building at 7620 Woodrow St. in Irmo.
Finishing Touch Team is a full-service painting and drywall contractor based in Columbia. The company’s website said it expects to open a new warehouse facility that will make its spray painting applications more efficient in January.
