NAI Avant is now NAI Columbia

As part of a partnership with Greenville-based NAI Earle Furman announced last October, Columbia-based NAI Avant has changed its name to NAI Columbia.

The full-service commercial real estate partnership firm has eight local principals, all senior brokers with NAI Avant, who have combined 192 years of experience, according to a news release. The partners are: Peyton Bryant, Patrick Chambers, Jeff Hein, Ben Kelly, Cam Kreps, Tom Milliken, Tombo Milliken and Patrick Palmer.  

The name change took effect on Jan. 1, the date the partnership officially launched, according to the release.

“Our team is accomplished and confident. Every member is important to our overall success,” Bryant said. “As part of an entrepreneurial local firm with global connections, our network allows us to react quickly on all levels.”

NAI Columbia is affiliated with the New American International (NAI) Global Network, which has more than 400 offices and 7,000 professionals managing 425 million-plus square feet of property in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

“We are thrilled to have a partnership in Columbia,” NAI Earle Furman CEO Jon Good said. “The strategic alliance between NAI Columbia and NAI Earle Furman will mutually benefit both firms with additional expertise, shared support and increased resources.”
