A 40,000-square foot industrial warehouse near Bluff Road in downtown Columbia has sold for $1.3 million.
The warehouse, on 2.7 acres at 728 Vine St., sold to Best Supply Properties LLC. Colliers International South Carolina’s Chuck Salley, Dave Mathews and Thomas Beard represented the seller, L W Investments LLC.
“This transaction represents the strong demand to purchase existing free-standing vacant industrial properties by occupier companies,” Salley, vice president and director of Colliers’ industrial brokerage team, said in a news release. “We were pleased to be able to guide the sellers through a complex yet successful sale.”
The warehouse is situated along the CSX rail line and is close to interstates 77, 26 and 20, as well as to Columbia Metropolitan Airport.
