West Columbia shopping center sells

Listen to this articleA shopping center at the corner of Platt Springs Road and Lexington Drive has sold in a transaction facilitated by Colliers International’s Tommy Tapp.
Airport Technologies Shopping Center LLC sold the approximately 12,000-square-foot shopping center that spans 3303-3321 Platt Springs Rd. in West Columbia.
“In working with the seller, we were able to increase the occupancy and stabilize the rent roll,” Tapp, a Colliers senior brokerage associate, said in a news release. “Once we accomplished that, the property was quickly sold as an investment sale.”
The center includes highly visible signage at an intersection with a traffic signal, along with dual entrances and exits.
