BB&B Investment Group LLC has purchased a 21,000-square-foot industrial building in Richburg for $1 million.
Collier International’s Chuck Salley, Dave Mathews, Don Moss and Thomas Beard worked with the seller, Solostructures Financial LLC, in the sale of the building, located at 540 Colonels Pointe Parkway.
The building, on five acres of land, includes a 2,000-square-foot office area that features upgrades including granite countertops, maple wood flooring and new carpeting, according to a Colliers news release. The building also includes an electronic video surveillance system, and its water heater, exterior lighting and doors can also be controlled via mobile app.
“As a team, we were able to come up with a creative solution that allowed the purchaser to close on the property,” Salley, vice president and director of Colliers’ industrial brokerage team, said in the release. “This quick turnaround will prove to be very beneficial to their business’ bottom line.”
