Three Oaks Engineering Inc., a woman-owned engineering firm experienced in a wide range of projects across the Southeast, has leased office space at 1022 State St. in Cayce.

Colliers International South Carolina’s Mary Winter Teaster represented the landlords, Tim and Sarah Jur, while Colliers’ Hunter Suggs represented the tenant.

The State Street office building has been renovated to include a reception area, a break room, two conference rooms and storage. It includes on-site parking and convenient interstate access one mile from downtown Columbia.

“Working with Colliers has been an enjoyable and stress-free process,” Three Oaks principal Heather Robbins said in a news release. “Hunter listened to our firm’s needs and provided potential properties that offered exactly what we needed. He was with us every step of the way and was able to make our company move fun.”

Three Oaks, headquartered in Durham, N.C., provides services including aquatic and endangered species surveys, natural resources investigations, traffic engineering and environmental permitting and compliance.
