“The Colliers team leased our last speculative development, Midway Logistics III, before the paint dried on the walls,” Kevin Werner, partner of Magnus Development Partners, said in a news release. “They are the most knowledgeable industrial real estate experts in the market, and we are pleased to have them representing our newest venture.”

Midway Logistics III reached 100% occupancy last October.

“Our team is thrilled to be working with Magnus Development again,” Salley, vice president and director of Colliers South Carolina’s industrial brokerage team, said. “We enjoy working with a landlord who is highly competitive and results-oriented with their tenants.”
