A 265,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility at 1115 and 1087 Shop Road is slated to become a 500-bed student housing complex.
The warehouse sold for $4.6 million to Shop Rd. LLC in a transaction facilitated by Trinity Partners’ director of investment and advisory services Dail Longaker, who represented 1115 & 1087 Shop Rd. LLC in the sale. Longaker previously sold the property to 1115 & 1087 Shop Rd. LLC as an investment in 2014 for $2.1 million.
Longaker, who has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in investment property brokerage, joined Trinity’s Columbia office, formed last October, earlier this month.

- NAI Columbia broker John Gregory represented the buyer in two historic buildings totaling 8,954 square feet at 1216 and 1218 Taylor St. in downtown Columbia. The properties sold to GSM Properties LLC for $1.4 million.
- A 4,523-square-foot professional office building in Woodcreek Farms Town Center in Elgin is for sale for $399,000. The property at 1711 Woodcreek Farms Road is being marketed by Coldwell Banker Commercial. The building, currently being used by multiple tenants who can stay or vacate the property, features 14 on-site parking space and access to interstates 20 and 77.
