City Gas and Fuel purchases 1.32-acre property

Listen to this articleCity Gas and Fuel has purchased 1.32 acres of land at North Springs Road and Mill Field Road. Colliers South Carolina’s Crawford Prezioso represented the seller, Columbia-based flooring contractor Prez Chem, in the $150,000 transaction.
In other area transactions:
- Colliers’ Danny Bonds and Taylor Wolfe represented Forest Village Partnership in the lease of retail space at Forest Village shopping center to Railey Running Two Inc.
- Albany Road – 1333 Main LLC, represented by Colliers’ Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson, renewed a lease at 1333 Main St. for Dovetail Insurance Corp.
- NAI Columbia’s Lee Bussell Jr. represented the seller in a $425,000 purchase of 4.89 acres of land at 2801 Edmund Highway and Dunbar Road in West Columbia.
