Law firm leases 40,000-square-foot warehouse

Columbia-based law firm Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough has leased a 40,000-square-foot warehouse at 103 Vantage Point Drive in West Columbia.

Colliers International South Carolina’s Chuck Salley, Dave Mathews and Thomas Beard represented landlord Brennan Investment Group in the transaction.

A warehouse of this quality and location does not stay on the market long,” said Salley, vice president and director of the industrial brokerage team in Colliers’ Columbia office, in a news release. “We were thrilled to be able to find a great tenant and finalize a long-term lease for Brennan Investment Group.”

The warehouse is located off interstates 77 and 26 and includes a large office, loading docks and trailer parking space.

“We are very pleased to add this great customer to our portfolio,” Scott Gibbel, vice president of Brennan Investment Group, said. “The Colliers team was instrumental in sourcing this opportunity and executing on the transaction.”

In other area transactions:

Coldwell Banker Commercial is marketing 2.76 acres at 9133 Two Notch Road for $1.1 million.

The land, zoned general commercial, fronts Two Notch at the entrance to the Greengate neighborhood and is in a high-visibility area with 36,400 passing vehicles per day, according to a release.
