The Local Buzz, a coffee shop and café formerly located in Rosewood, has moved to Five Points.

Colliers’ Paige Bryant represented the business in the lease of 1,025 square feet of space at 631 Harden St.

In other transactions:

  • Colliers’ Chuck Salley, Dave Mathews and Thomas Beard and John Peebles represented Reger Holdings LLC in the lease renewal of 44,465 square feet of industrial space at 3130 Bluff Road for Swedish outdoor power products manufacturer Husqvarna.
  • Salley, Beard and Peebles represented Reger Holdings LLC in the lease of 54,073 square feet of industrial space at 3130 Bluff Road for plastics and fiberglass manufacturer China Jushi USA Corp.
  • Salley and Mathews represented Haldex Brake Products Corp. in the lease renewal of 32,000 square feet of industrial space at 1241 First St. S.
  • Colliers’ Rox Pollard and Taylor Wolfe represented Realty Income Corp. in the sale of one acre of land at 3333 Washington Road in Augusta to EFN Augusta Properties LLC for $700,000.
  • Pollard and Wolfe represented Realty Income Corp. in the sale of 0.58 acres of land at 1494 Jones St. in Augusta to QOF 4 BHG LLC.
  • Colliers’ Marshall Hoefer and Tommy Tapp represented South Lake Perry Properties Inc. in the sale of a 4,082-square-foot office building at 811 South Lake Drive in Lexington.
  • Collier’s Philip Vann and Bryant brought 7499 Parklane Road to 100% leased as TranSystems Corp. leasing the last remaining 2,231 square feet.
  • NAI Columbia’s Jack Springs and Ben Kelly represented seller Tony’s Holding Co. LLC in a $2.85 million sale of 6.33 acres of land on Old Highway 17 N. in North Myrtle Beach. Greenville-based purchaser Realtylink Investments LLC will expand its 368,000-square-foot Coastal North Town Center development to the west side of Highway 17, according to a news release from NAI Columbia.
