Village at Sandhill renews retail leases

NAI Columbia agents represented the Village at Sandhill shopping center in Northeast Columbia in the leasing of and the renewal of leases to several retail spaces.

Patrick Palmer and Bobby Balboni represented the shopping center in the following transactions:

  • The lease renewal of 5,500 square feet of retail space to Ann Taylor Loft. 
  • The lease renewal of 3,424 square feet of retail space to LensCrafters.  
  • The lease renewal of 2,892 square feet of retail to Bath & Body Works.  
  • The lease of 1,300 square feet of restaurant to Poke Bros.

Palmer and Balboni also represented landlord CNM Enterprises LLC in the lease of 2,500 square feet of restaurant space located at 1781 S Lake Dr., Suite 1787-A, in Lexington to Tasty Wings and Seafood. 

Land transactions

NAI Columbia’s Nelson Weston III, Tom Milliken and Tombo Milliken facilitated the following sales transactions:

  • Represented the seller, Margaret & Lisa Ann Rye, in the $95,000 sale of 34.96 acres of land located on Vanboklen Road in Eastover to the Congaree Land Trust.
  • Represented the buyer, Godwin Family Holdings, LLC, in the $350,000 purchase of 18.31 acres of land located at 1464 Whiting Way in Elgin, South Carolina from Radiate Church Columbia, Inc.
  • Facilitated the $95,000 sale of 77.96 acres of land located on Highway 38 in Bennettsville to Robert Hillery.

Palmer and Balboni represented Pressley Properties LLC in the $400,000 sale of a 4,936-square-foot laundromat at 3532 Kay St. in Columbia to KMCC LLC.  

Sherri C. Burriss, ROI Commercial LLC principal and broker, sold approximately 1.62 acres at 103 Thompson St. in Lexington. Lexington Health Services District Inc. bought the parcel for $550,000. Burriss represented the seller and NAI Columbia’s Ben Kelly represented the buyer.
