Prisma Health — Midlands has purchased a 10,355-square-foot, single-tenant medical building in Lexington for $2.55 million.
The health care system has been a long-term tenant in the building, located at 1316 N. Lake Drive, and decided to purchase it for long-term ownership and occupancy purposes, according to a news release from Trinity Partners.
The 4.19-acre property features easy access to U.S. Highway 378 and Lake Murray and is close to shopping, restaurants and other amenities.
Trinity Partners’ Macon Lovelace represented the seller in the transaction, while John Stubbs with Davis Moore represented the buyer.
New business opens in Blythewood
Level Up Scrubs celebrated its opening in Blythewood last week.
Owner Michelle Strother offers a selection of medical scrubs and other esssentials for medical personnel.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at noon at Dec. 4 and 311 Blythewood Road.
Orangeburg Spinx store reopens
The Spinx Co., based in Greenville, celebrated the reopening of a store in Orangeburg on Dec. 2. The store, located at 3615 St. Matthews Road, will feature a full-service kitchen and diesel truck lanes. It will also include eight Tesla Supercharger stalls.
"We are so happy to celebrate the reopening of this popular Spinx location," Spinx founder and chair Stewart Spinks said in a news release from the company. "With Tesla expanding its global network among popular routes and destinations, we look forward to providing drivers with the Tesla Superchargers at this new store."
