An industrial building in West Columbia has sold for $6.375 million.

Trinity Partners’ Nick Stomski and Jake Nidiffer represented the seller of the 180,000-square-foot building at 107 McQueen St. The agents generated multiple offers on the property, which was purchased by a qualified buyer who was able to close quickly on the facility, according to a news release from Trinity.

In other area transactions, apartment community investment company PassiveInvesting.com LLC purchased seven express car washes in the Columbia area.

NAI Columbia’s Patrick Palmer and Bobby Balboni represented the company, founded in 2013 and manager of a growing portfolio of large apartment communities, self-storage facilities and express car washes.

“We are honored to assist our client in an acquisition that will give them an excellent foothold for their express car wash portfolio in the Midlands for years to come,” Palmer, a principal with NAI Columbia and director of the Carolina Shopping Center Strategists team, said in a news release. “We are thrilled to walk away from this deal knowing that our client is acquiring premium underlying real estate in addition to a great business with an established subscription base.”
