Lexington office building sells for $1.2M

Trinity Partners recently represented the seller in the sale of a 6,800-square-foot free-standing office building in Lexington, according to a news release.

The building at 330 W. Main St. sold for $1.2 million and was sold by KCR Properties owned by Teresa and Jeremy Addy to an undisclosed buyer, according to Braden Shockley of Trinity Partners, who handled the sale along with Trinity’s Roger Winn.

Trinity Partners is a full-service commercial real estate firm with South Carolina offices in Greenville and Columbia.
