A North Charleston-based medical practice recently leased space in a northeast Columbia office building, bringing the building to full occupancy.
Colliers South Carolina’s Mary Winter Teaster represented Northeast Medical Development LLC in the 2,756-square-foot lease for Trident Medical Center LLC at 710 Rabon Road, according to a news release.
710 Rabon is a medical office building located just off Interstate 77 and is adjacent to multiple medical offices including MUSC Northeast Medical Center.
“This building has Class A amenities that continue to make it highly attractive to medical tenants with abundant parking and covered drop-off entry,” Teaster said in the release. “The addition of Trident Medical brings the building to 100% occupancy of medical professionals.”
Kim Schurg of Colliers’ Real Estate Management Services (REMS) provides property management services at 710 Rabon Road.
