A law firm has purchased an office building off Interstate 26 in Columbia, with plans to relocate its offices there.
Bruce Harper, managing partner with Trinity Partners’ Columbia office, represented the seller in the sale of 459 St. Andrews Road, located off Interstate 26.
The 4,805 square foot office building, originally developed as a residential real estate office, sold for $450,000.
The purchaser, The Laubshire Law Firm, was represented by David Brock of ERA Wilder Realty Inc.
